About RHIME

Walk The Beat.

Born in Los Angeles in 2020, RHIME is a footwear house that fuses underground culture with a futuristic vision. The name salutes A Tribe Called Quest’s “Check the Rhime.” We took that rhythm and put it underfoot.

What we make (the feel on foot)

• Featherweight EVA platform for easy miles

• Wide toe box for natural toe room—no pinch, no hot spots

• City-traction outsole with concentric grooves for confident grip

• Mixed-material upper (textile, supportive overlays, suede heel) for structure where you need it, flex where you move

• Signature toe shell for everyday scuff protection and the RHIME profile

How we build

Smaller runs, tighter QC, intentional design. We care about materials, fit, and finish more than logos. If it doesn’t feel good at 8 PM, it doesn’t leave the line.

The details you notice

• Rope laces + metal eyelets for durable lock-down

• Padded collar & pull tab for quick on/off and a secure heel

• Extras in the box: a second set of laces and one RHIME sock (the “egg” holds the spare/sock)

• Molded fiber case you’ll actually want to keep

Why RHIME

Like the big names, we obsess over comfort, traction, and build. Unlike them, we start with recognizable form—a shape that reads in motion—then tune comfort to match. The result: shoes that walk easy and look intentional.
